Occasionally, despite our best efforts, we may run late. We will keep you informed so that you have the option of rescheduling your appointment or seeing another provider, if available.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to complete paperwork. We are striving to stay on schedule for patients and their families. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
No shows or cancellation of appointment within 24 hours of an appointment will result in a $25 charge to the patient which insurance will not cover.
