If you have a question regarding your child’s health or are wondering if your child needs to be seen please call your insurance company nurse advice line for faster response. This is a paid service provided by your insurance. Nurses are available 24/7 to answer your questions.

We no longer offer nurse advice for medical questions or developmental questions outside of appointment times due to limited staffing. Other avenues are available to you to have these questions answered. Please call your nurse advice line for questions. We are happy to make an appointment for you if the nurse cannot answer your question or your child needs to be seen. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.


For appointment requests, please message through OHMD app or call the office the next business day. Messages will be returned during normal business hours. 


For regular refill requests, please contact your pharmacy. If there are refills on file, they will fill the prescription. If no refills are on file, they will send us a request to refill. Please allow 96 hours for refill requests to be processed.  


For controlled substances (ADHD medications), please text through OHMD and request a refill. Your child must be seen in office every 3 months to monitor them if on an ADHD medication. Please allow 96 hours for refill requests to be processed.
